      Hi, I’m Dr. Heather

Registered Dietitian, Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and Gut Health Specialist. For years I had an in person private practice that specialized in eating disorders and I was always frustrated by the lack of communication between the GI team and the ED team. It was heartbreaking to have clients sitting in my office, completely miserable with GI symptoms that couldn’t be ignored, yet I didn’t have the solutions or answers to help them.

In addition to that, I felt like a complete imposter. I had GI symptoms of my own that I didn’t know how to resolve and felt that if I couldn’t help myself, there was no way I could help my clients. This led to years of stress as a dietitian, self doubt, and ultimately burn out because I felt like I was burning the candle at both ends.

So, I made it my mission to really understand the GI tract and how I could actually help clients improve GI symptoms without having to follow restrictive diets, take medications that caused unwanted side effects, or have symptoms that impacted their recovery.

In 2019 I founded a program called gutTogether®. gutTogether® is an internationally recognized gut health program that to date helped over 1000 individuals find relief from their GI symptoms without restrictive diets by identifying the root causes. This is possible for you and your clients too AND its possible to have an incredibly successful business too. I am excited to teach you how!
