Gut-Healthy Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

About this Recipe
Who needs Starbucks when you can make an easy, delicious, and gut-loving pumpkin spice latte at home?

It tastes like fall in a cup (think maple and pumpkin pie vibes), with added benefits for your digestion. Plus, you likely already have all the ingredients you need!

Pumpkin isn’t just a fall staple – it’s great for gut health! Pumpkin is super rich in fiber and nutrients, which feed the “good guys” in your gut and keeps them happy, humming and working as they should. Plus, the spices included in pumpkin pie spice (like ginger, nutmeg and cloves) are helpful for digestion, gut inflammation and motility.

We always emphasize to our gutTogether clients that nutrition to improve and sustain good gut health doesn’t need to be complicated! You can totally enjoy all the fall things without stressing that it’ll negatively affect your digestion.

If you try this at home, don’t forget to share on Instagram and tag me (@gutbrain.nutrition) – I’d love to see your creation!
